新公司的大老总买了很多SEO类型的书,大约花了2W人民币。每一个SEO熟手都觉得那是没用的,放在领导的大办公室里不过是好看罢了,我去借来一本SEO基础,我不想看太难的。
我本是一个外贸业务,后来做了外贸管理,因为SEO的相关部门调整和裁员,我就临时帮人家写软文。一开始我就随便写,参考着前面同事那些被百度收录后的文字写,于是总结出几点:
1 标题的疑问性和说明性。
参考的久了写的久了就能够理解什么是当年那些所谓的“标题党”,各种推手的“借势造势”,比如今年那个优衣库事件,真是被各行业电商运用的淋漓尽致。毕竟大家都是通过几个简单的标题中含有的关键字来搜的,这个就像个简称,但是蕴含在电商编辑的标题内,大家在搜索的时候或者输入的是几个字,或者是输入一个句子带着疑问。

老板给的书我是看过了,我记得有一段是这样个写法:XX工具能实现怎样怎样的功能,能帮助网站引流能够提升排名,但是我不建议大家使用。他前面花了大段的文字描述这个功能,然后还写了是有好处的, 后却不建议使用??万一有些孩子 后那句不看怎么办?诸如此类写法我看到好几次了,这书我索性就不看了。
关于软文我就实践说话吧,内容真的很重要。后期可能真的无所谓,但是前期就是内容为王。当你坚持原创一段时间后,才能把蜘蛛吸引过来,蜘蛛每天会定时来爬去你的网站,收录你的文章,后期你可以偷个懒,只要按照蜘蛛喜欢的模式走就好了,内容差一点已经没关系了。

再说我们的开发信,我们的标题要避开被服务器判定为垃圾邮件,顺利进入客户,同时还要足够吸引客户。我用的依旧比较传统,那就是:rE: 就这么简单。
开发信还是内容为王,遵循简而短的原则:
1 我是谁:we are abc company and did machine business since 2009.
2写信的目的:i am writing you to see if you need machine(eg. Press machine) to manufacture your hardware or other products?
3 引导客户做出反应:if u have some interest, pls dont be hesitated to reply, thank u..
或者你有更合适的句子也可以套用。我们的内容每一句都是有用的,没有什么赘述,这样的开发信很难让客户不回复你,你可以作为模板去尝试。我曾经也很奇葩,就不知道从哪里看到消息说写开发信就是越短越好,就这样大批量的给客户发过去了:Dear managerr:Would you need press machine? +后面的敬语。但是收效不如 封要好。后一封邮件呢就是忽视了内容,省的有些过分了,其实自我介绍还是要有的,委婉引导客户做出回应也该有的。
